New Student Registration Process

Enrollment for New Students (Davis Residents ONLY)



1. Complete Pre-Enrollment and print registration form (this step does not guarantee enrollment).  

2. Gather DJUSD Required Registration forms and report to the District Office (526 B Street, Davis, CA) with the appropriate documentation to be officially enrolled.

3. Review Additional Information (Immunization requirements, Health Services, etc.)


The registration forms and the supporting documents will need to be submitted in person prior to scheduling a counseling appointment to select courses.

List of DJUSD Required Registration Documents 

Complete the following forms:

  • Registration (obtained during the Pre-Enroll process)
  • Verification of Residence
  • Primary Language Survey

Provide the following documentation

  • Proof of Birth
  • Current Official Transcript
  • Current Immunization Record
