DHS Team Physical Therapist provides regular movement screenings and associated programming for all sports, beginning with assessment of injury risk, and progressing to sport specific performance testing.  This leads to development and implementation of team and individual exercise programs for warm up, sport specific strength and conditioning, and recovery routines to optimize performance and minimize injury risk.  Injury consultations and associated treatments occur at regular intervals both in season and between seasons.
