Head Coach - Dan Gonzalez
Dan was born in Simi Valley, CA and moved to Live Oak, CA at the age of 5 and attended Live Oak High School. Coach Gonzalez a B.A. in Mathematics and a M.A in Education from Sacramento State University. Dan has been teaching Mathematics since 1989.
Dan played basketball for 4 years at Live Oak High School and was Point Guard, Captain, and made the Butte View All-League team during his senior year. Dan took Coaching of Basketball from Coach Joey Anders at Sac State during Sac State's most successful boys basketball season. Due to Academic commitments, he was not able to follow through with his offer to play at Sac State during his senior year at Sac State.
Dan has coached JV Basketball at Wheatland High School from 1986 -1989, 9th Grade Basketball at Emerson Jr High School from 1989 -1991, JV Basketball at Davis Senior High School from 1991-1993 & 1995 -1999 and has been the Varsity Basketball Coach at Davis Senior High School from 1999 - present.
