AP test registration is a two-step process and BOTH steps must be completed to order AP exams and/or access AP Classroom Resources.
1. Enroll in all AP courses and exams in the College Board’s MyAP system with the join code(s) provided by your AP teacher(s).
2. Complete the registration/payment process at Total Registration: https://user.totalregistration.net/
The AP exam fee is $107 per test and there is no cost for enrolling in an AP course.
When registering, please use an email address that is checked regularly; important AP test information, reminders, and instructions will be communicated only via the email address(es) provided.
Students interested in ordering an AP exam (Exam Only) for a course not offered at DSHS or want to test in a subject but the student is not currently enrolled in an AP course must contact VP Chandra Wengler at [email protected] or the Interim Testing Coordinator Kristi Gladding at [email protected] Please note: DSHS does not offer all AP exams at our site.
Important Dates and Deadlines:
· For Yearlong and first semester AP classes:
o AP exams ordered after November 1, 2022 will incur a late fee of $40; some exceptions apply.
o Any AP exams canceled after November 1, 2022 will incur a late fee of $40; some exceptions apply.
· For Second semester classes only:
o AP exams ordered February 9, 2023 through February 16, 2023 will incur a late fee of $20; some exceptions apply.
o AP exams ordered after February 16, 2023 will incur a late fee of $40; some exceptions apply.
· For ALL AP Courses:
o All registration and payments must be completed by 11:59pm on March 1, 2023.
o Any exam registrations that have not been paid in full by 11:59pm on March 1, 2023 will be canceled and exams will not be ordered.
Please indicate when you register if you qualify for the Federal Free or Reduced Lunch Program.
