Scholarships are a great source of free money for college! Click this Scholarship Bulletin link for a variety of current scholarships. In January and throughout the spring, the Bulletin will list local Davis community scholarships that are only offered to Davis seniors. The Bulletin is updated every two weeks, so check it often for new additions. You can find the same list of scholarships on Naviance by clicking on Colleges, then click on Scholarship List.

Sacramento City College Application Workshops
Sacramento City College is hosting virtual "Application Workshops" where students can receive assistance with their applications to SCC or any of the Los Rios campuses. 

Virtual workshops will be held on Tuesdays from 2:30 pm-3:30 pm on October 13 and 27; November 10 and 24; December 8.  Register for Tuesday workshops at:  http://bit.ly/SCC-Apps-Tues.

College Information Day Can Be Viewed Online

The East Bay Consortium held its annual College Information Day at UC Berkeley and presented virtual workshops on many topics, including admissions, financial aid, career exploration, completing the UC and CSU application, UC personal insight questions, independent colleges, historically black colleges and universities, and more.

FAFSA Application Support - Cash for College Workshops and Videos

If you missed DSHS's Cash for College workshop or would like online assistance completing the FAFSA, there are many Cash for College workshops still available where financial aid professionals will walk you through the application process.  For upcoming workshops, click here.

The Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority has created a FAFSA line-by-line presentation similar to the Cash for College workshops to help parents and students complete the 2021/22 FAFSA application. To watch the video, click here.
