Please join us for another virtual community outreach presentation for the Davis Senior High School Bond projects which will include information on several Career Technical Education (CTE) program projects, the new Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) Building and the Aquatic Center.
A CTE grant will help to construct two new Robotics classrooms and enhance two existing classrooms, expand existing Automotive facilities and modernize existing Agricultural facilities. The STEM building will provide twelve - 1,440 sq. ft. lab classrooms. This new building will also include a large collaboration space of 2,800 sq. ft. as well as prep rooms, restrooms and storage space.
The Aquatic Center is proposed to be constructed adjacent to the new gym and will include a 25 yard x 50 meter pool, 17 lanes, two - 1 meter diving boards, space for two regulation floating goal water polo courses, as well as changing rooms, restrooms, equipment room, deck space and spectator space.
