CAL GRANT GPA'S HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO CSAC!

DSHS has submitted 2018 senior verified Cal Grant GPAs to the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC). This means students do not need to complete a GPA verification form to apply for a Cal Grant.  To be eligible for a Cal Grant, students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 2.  Every senior who attends a California college, has a minimum 2.0 GPA, meets income and residency requirements, and applies by March 2 is guaranteed a Cal Grant.  After submitting the FAFSA, check the status of your Cal Grant at www.webgrants4students.org or call the Cal Grant Help Line at 1-888-224-7268.

Barbara Hubbard was a College and Career Specialist in Davis Senior High School's Career Center for many years.  Barbara encouraged and inspired countless students to attend college and helped them discover their path to a rewarding career.
